Our Vipassana Weekend Retreats are in total silence i.e. no communication other than questions of a practical nature written in our notebook or in the case of an emergency. When I write in our notices or in emails that we are not associated with the Goenka tradition, this is just to indicate that our timetable and flavour of the retreat is different to the Goenka style (i.e. shorter sittings, we include Osho Kundalini meditation, bush walks etc in the timetable), this does not mean that there is talking during the retreat. ♥ ♥ ♥ Dwari
