Our adorable Mr Bailey had his cast removed today!! To catch the new folks up..... Bailey came into our rescue with TWO, yes TWO, broken front legs. They had already healed into a horrifying position. The left was the worse - from the wrist down, it was at about a 90 degree angle to the rest of his leg. OUCH. The fabulous surgeon at GCVS, Dr. Beale, repaired the break and fused the joint several weeks ago. He got the cast off the left leg today. The right leg will remain in a cast for several more weeks. His surgery was very expensive, but hes a young, sweet, adorable little lhasa/poodle boy and we wanted so much to make it right for him. Check the before and after photo!!
