Our amazing Trish Muldrock does it again! Last night in Czech at the World masters Powerlifting Champs she did herself, her family and friends and her country incredibly proud! Lifting in the Masters 3 category with a body weight of 45.27kg she set a World record squat of 115.5kg, a benchpress of 70kg and World record Deadlift of 140kg, these all contributed to a World record total of 315.5kg and enabled her to win the womens section with 435.71 Wilkes points. We are very proud of you Trish and know that dont like to make a fuss but by golly your acheivements are amazing and every one should know!
