Our annual trip to Palmerston North to compete against Club Palmy was again another successful event. 35 members travelled up on Saturday to play Singles, Doubles and Reversed Doubles. The final total at the end of the day Club Palmy 32, PWMC 8ball Adjunct 40! Well done to you all. Lots of fun and laughter was had by all. Thanks heaps to the following: Raewyns - Levin: for again managing the huge breakfast order for us today (Sunday) Kim: for organising the bus and music on the bus Marama: for being our DJ on the bus John: for being our outstanding bus driver and competitor as well Margaret: for again arranging the accommodation Terry: for sorting out the finances to make this possible this year Wendy and Chris: for again supplying great spot prizes for the best, worst, etc ties/ribbons Last and not least: the members who travelled on this trip to make it worth the while - lots of hilarious stories shared on the bus trip home (what goes on tour……lol!!)
