Our beloved nobel old mare Phinique is 29 1/2 and is going down hill She has founder and was so sweet to get up to see me today before I leave town She has foaled several stunning babies in her life which have beened treasured by Linda Franzetti and Shelley Staggs and myself and Jayne Hess and others She was so lucky to spend her last probably 15 yrs at Red Horse Ranch with Suzanne De Laurentis who has loved and cared for her with all her heart Neekki has been a royal mount for many at Red horse , sharing her gentle soul too all. She will leave this world of ours sooner than we all want and return to her Gods where Pharaohs will ride this wonderful Arabian mare and forever leave her hoof prints in the sands. We and especially me love you old girl.
