Our client, a multinational company who develops an application which has Business Listings with maps of cities distributed for Mobile and PC and with branches in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Italy, is currently seeking to recruit sales executives for their new operations and branch in Limassol. About the job: Our client, which has call centers in Limassol, permanently keeps track of new information and updates their application’s business listings every month. The main data on companies and industries are added free of charge. The role of the sales executive is to schedule and attend meetings with potential clients and to present and promote the company’s products and services giving them the opportunity to advertise on their platforms. Reporting to: Sales Manager Duties & Responsibilities: • Contacting potential clients and scheduling meetings; • Following up on client matters; • Customer Service and relationship management; • Following up on leads who are not ready to become clients yet; • Updating of the client base to ensure accurate client information and contact details; • Client-related administration; • Create and conducts proposal presentations; • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance; • Reach personal and company targets; • Any other task requested by the Management. Work experience and skills: • Previous experience in a sales environment will be a great advantage; • Cold calling or telemarketing experience; • Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written; • Computer literate (MS Office). Personal qualities and behavioral traits: • Good organizational skills; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Enthusiastic and motivated; • Excellent telephone etiquette; • Attention to detail and accuracy; • Self-disciplined to work on their workload; • Pro-active approach to process improvement; • Drive and persistence in reaching goals; • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction; • Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering; • Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
