Our country is so backwards. In other countries policeman have bright colored uniforms and vehicles. I mean, when someone needs help you would think you would want to be easily recognized. I just saw a mollala cop car roll by the gym. Solid black even the letters on the are a hollowed silver. Thats just unsafe for a vehicle that travels at fast speeds often. I guess those small town cops have nothing better to do than act like ninjas.
