Our daughter lives in an area of NC where they have year-round school and her oldest, Julia, starts school today. I cant believe shell be going into 3rd grade! Shes pretty excited about her class and I hope that excitement lasts throughout the year. Next Friday, her sister, Katie Mae starts Kindergarten and then later in the summer, Drake, starts Kindergarten and Thomas will be going into 2nd grade.....gosh, it just doesnt seem possible...seems like yesterday, I was experiencing the joy of their births and now, Im experiencing the joy of their school years.....I love it! And oh yes, one of our older grandsons, Connor starts his Junior year in high school, later in the summer.....hope you have an awesome year! And our oldest grandson, Lee, has been out of high school a couple years already......Egads.....does grandkids getting older equate to grandparents getting older.....hmmmm, Ill have to ponder on that! One thing that I dont have to ponder is that I love them ALL so very much!! Have a great Friday, everyone! :)
