Our deceased loved ones often speak to us telepathically. In other words, they send us their thoughts. Many times we believe we are thinking of our loved ones, when in reality, they are speaking to us. To tell the difference between your thoughts and their thoughts, notice if there was an originating thought that triggered the next one. If that was the case, it is your thought. If thoughts about your loved ones just pop in your head for no reason - for example, something they would have said or done, it probably is them speaking directly to you.
