Our dog Trinity, who was 13 years old, gave us 13 wonderful happy years. We had to put her down today......cancer....sad day. ...but......she was a pound puppy, had her since she was a pup. She had a great life while she had us as family. She was a super great camping dog. Never barked unless she had to and was easy to come and go. She never had a accident in the house, and was super easy to potty train. Loved her walks but not so much a drive in the car. Loved kids, adored our cats, knew when we were not feeling well. Loved her duck snack treats and cried when we were gone too long! She was a fantastic guard dog; she let you knew if you came on the porch and rang that bell you were NOT allowed inside without our permission. I felt safe with her in the house! She had a funny way of laying down with her feet in the air on her back. She was hecka smart....yellow lab. Gorgeous brown eyes and white lashes......so long Trini (nicname) but you taught me to love another pound puppy soon! Loved you so much and part of my heart has been crushed......you were a dog anyone would have wanted but I was the lucky one who had you! Puppy Heaven now.....sleep sweet yellow dog and your tags are in my jewelry chest forever!
