Our first 8K run of September looks like being blessed with some clear skies and warm air :-) #LongMayItContinue (But its also worth pointing out that Sunset is around 19:45 tonight and an hour earlier at the end of Sept. So please take extra care in the darkening nights). Tonights run will be on a new route that Ive just put together. It gives us a chance to cross the river and hopefully catch some final rays of the day as the sun sets in front of you as you run along the Thames :-) (An online map is linked to below. A detailed PDF map is available in the Files section above and printed copies will be in the shop for you to take with you if you wish!). As usual, everyone should gather in the shop around 19:00 for a 19:15 run start. You can get changed and leave your bags in the shop. Well provide squash drinks at the end of the run to refresh yourselves. And if further refreshment is required, theres always a group of us who go to the pub afterwards and everyone is welcome to join! In honour of some recent birthdays well be making a special trip to The Royal Oak, Clapham for some Pizza and Drinks.
