Our first Fiji Flavours Corporate Dinner Party! 1) Starter: Cream of Rourou soup 2) Entree: Kokoda made in front of guests 3) Mains-Table Buffet of:- Curry coconut Prawns, poached Fish & Miti, Garlic-Chili-Dhania Butter Prawns, Chicken Curry, Dalo, Fried Cassava, rice and sides of Ota Salad, Poppa Doms and condiments 4) Dessert: Mango Upside Down Pudding with coconut ice cream Thanks Kaushik for the opportunity!
