Our flood division had so much oppertunity, not just to test, but to show our metal and growth over this past winter with an influx of floods . The high demand for contractors able to respond to major floods gave us the oppertunity to show case our ability to assesing firms who had not yet used us. The demand for contractors needed to handle the volume of flood claims left them little choice as the volume of work was just too much for the usual companies dominating the flood recovery market. The most crucial step in any disaster operation is speedy intervention. Every single flood claim we responded to was within the hour of the call being logged. This was instrumental in minimising the resultant damage. Fire-fox flood division is certainly on track, and it is with deep admiration and respect to all our staff who at times "punched far above their weight" yet met every challenge with gusto. #proudtobeafox If we needed a yard stick to measure or test our ability in this department that is just shy of 2 years young now, this winter certainly provided us with all that and so much more.
