Our hearts are heavy with the loss of the brilliant Robin Williams. As sad as it is I want to turn our eyes towards the disease of depression. It is very real. I have suffered from moderate to severe depression myself. For me it has been a combination of therapy, medication and my walk with Jesus Christ that have led me out of depression. Once again I wanted to share this video with people who may not understand depression or who need a simple way for others to understand their depression. Rest in Peace, Robin.
