Our hearts cry out, "Fix this world O God!" As if the problems are somehow outside of us, as if we are simply innocent bystanders observing a world that has gone mad. We indict God for doing nothing and all the while we cling to our sinfulness as if we have some silly right to do as we please; as if the condition of the world has nothing to do with us. War, divorce, larceny, neglected children, racism, hunger, egotistical leaders,physical and emotional abuse, recession, STDs --- all of it, is a result of human behavior. The human will is the culprit. We need repentance and forgiveness, We need to be Born again!
