Our hearts go out to the Campbell family in connection with this terrible tragedy. We have counselors on site as we continue to support our students, faculty, and families. Our faculty and staff remain focused on providing a safe and caring environment for our children, surrounding them with the security of their normal school routines. The school will also provide appropriate opportunities for our community to honor the memory of the family. We care deeply about the Campbell family and do not want to speculate on exactly what transpired or why. This is a tragic event and we may never know or understand what happened. At this time, you know what we know. Out of respect for the family and in an effort not to impede the investigation, we are referring all media inquiries to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and encourage you to do the same thing.
