Our leaders learn through their mistake I am very relieve to had for the first time from president Kiir, admitted that he run the country without proper constitution follow for the last two years. Hes now promise a big reform within government sector etc. Also if he spoken those words on the 15 December.The Nation would have endure and Army factions would have stop fighting immediately knowing that their president have spoken or people leader have spoken than many previous rubbish speeches full of hatred. I think Mr president has learn through his previous mistake of unprecedented decrees. If God gave him third chance to rule a country again he would be very cautions about country constitution while in office. If my fellows citizens felt like the same way I felt. We supposed to inform both leaders Dr Riek Machar and Dr Kiir mayardit not to have any hand in our country future any more.
