Our lender dragged his feet handing over some paperwork to our title company, so now we may or may not be homeless because he breached the signing contract we had with the seller. Homelessness makes prenatal care considerably more difficult, and will cost us probably $10k in lost payments, hotels, and starting another house search. Plus, all our belongings are tied up in storage for as much as a month longer due to canceling delivery at the last minute (thats probably another $4k), so even if the seller takes pity and we *arent* homeless, were on an air mattress for a while.
