Our local art center has chosen, for its Nov/Dec show/competitin, Abstract: You Name It Too (inviting the public to submit an alternative title to any artwork they whoos, during the show. I am NOT an abstract painter, but thought it might be fun for me and my classes to study the theories and principles (if any!) of abstraction in painting. Here is one I did, may or may not submit it. It is FUN to do this! This is Crossroads, 9 x 12 on Uart with Terry Ludwigs. I liked the opposites color scheme. Ive done two others, may share them later. Comments welcome..I need all the help I can get in this genre!
