Our mission is to increase awareness of Major/ clinical Depression and its difference from situational depression. As a depression/anxiety sufferer Im often looking around for potential new treatments,and decided to put it all into one place to make it a little bit more convenient for others. Its to help the one who is depressed, as well as those around them. Plus, its a reminder that youre not alone and that there is help.
