Our nation doesnt necessarily get it right the first time , sometimes we dont get it right on the second go- round !!! But WE GET IT RIGHT !!! I normally dont like talking about the Civil War & slavery ! We didnt get it right the first or second time , we came CLOSE , ( slavery came within 1 vote of being outlawed ) ! It took a Civil War , & some dark days but WE GOT IT RIGHT ! The U.S. Constitution was AMENDED ( the thirteenth amendment ) & slavery & involuntary servitude was made illegal !!! We are a developing & growing republic , & the U.S. Constitution is a growing & developing document of a bill of rights ! No , we still sometimes stumble in the dark , but the people of the United States ( thru our political process ) WILL stand up , & GET IT RIGHT ! Well get our spiritual compass balanced , & well VOTE our beliefs & our conscience , & our conscience will become evident within our voting process ! Well get it right , itll just take awhile !!! :-) !!!
