Our new four pack got a visit today by Camp Cocker Rescue - TopicsExpress

Our new four pack got a visit today by Camp Cocker Rescue volunteers, Jill and Sally (and it is shocking how much better they look after just five days from being relinquished to us). They still have scabs all over their bodies from where the tick infestation was but they are clean and in the process of the rest of their vetting. They are staying at our vet in Los Angeles in isolation right now because they are all extremely itch and we suspect sarcoptic mange. Here are links to their photo albums: Lola (black female cocker/doxie): bit.ly/1p3qJcl Otis (buff cocker): bit.ly/1skRQk4 Gordy and Louie (siblings, we think they are the offspring of Otis & Lola): bit.ly/1zM7veZ We are currently accepting adoption applications on all four and because we have someone in Arizona that is helping with their medical, that for these four dogs specifically, we are willing to bring them to the Phoenix area for adopters to meet. So if you live in Arizona and have been thinking about adoption but havent wanted to travel to Los Angeles, now is your chance! Go to CampCocker to fill out the online application (and no steps of the adoption process are waived, there is still an extensive process of the lengthy app, the phone interview, the vet references checked and a home safety check before an adopter can be pre-approved to adopt one of these four). Thank you so much for spreading the word about our newbies!
