Our newest specials for the week! First we have a clam spaghettini, served with steamed littleneck clams, savory Coppa ham, spinach, and a clam & garlic butter sauce. Sounds like a lot of clam, but actually only tastes delicately of seafood and the Coppa ham and steamed littlenecks are a delicious treat. Secondly, we have Crescent Grills very own Beef Wellington. Off of the traditional path, we are searing our Hudson Valley Harvest beef to medium rare for this dish (and cooked further if desired), under layers of filo dough and duxelles (a blend of finely chopped mushrooms cooked in butter, garlic, and herbs). Served on the side are roasted fingerling sweet potato, creamed spinach, and a lobster bisque sauce. If you are a fan of Beef Wellingtons (or if youve never had one) this dish alone is worth an entire evening spent with us!
