Our newly launched Professional Women’s Academy is a 10-month program that assists young women who desire personal and professional empowerment and guidance to transform their lives through mentoring relationships focused on education, career and personal growth. The program targets three different demographics of women: high school girls interested in pursuing a higher education, young women in college working towards a career, and women returning to the workforce from an extended period of absence (i.e. stay-with-the-kids moms, Veterans, etc.). Women between the ages of 17 and 35 can apply to be matched with a volunteer mentor who provides them with support, encouragement and guidance as they work toward their personal and professional goals.
