Canvassing of Materials - on or before Nov. 7 - done by Justine (Thanks!) 3. Preparation of Solicitation Letter - on or before Nov. 15, c/o Roswell 4. Distribution of Solicitation Letters to selected Parents (through the pupils) - on or before Nov. 22, c/o Alumni Officers and PTAs 5. House to House Visit by MES Alumni Officers and PTAs - Nov. 22 & 23, and Nov. 29 & 30 6. Purchase of Materials - on or before Nov. 30 7. Start of Construction - Dec. 1 The MES Alumni Association has a total fund of Php26,000.79. Only 21K is withdrawable. The amount of materials canvassed was Php 29, 520.00 Our support is highly requested. Thank you.
