Our police departments have become too aggressive with everyday people. There was no weapon involved and he was not threatening. He cried for help that he couldnt breathe... And there should be criminalization of a police officer placing a knee on someones head and neck. They are here to serve and protect - to serve and protect the people - not each other against the perps and bad guys. We need to wake up and get a grip on this nonsense. We are not a third-world country that needs a powerful police state.... wake up America and act.
