So, can someone explain to me, if the previous statement is true, then why isnt it unconstitutional when you apply for a job? Ive never understood why it is that you have to be drug free to pay for people to receive benefits, but you dont have to be clean to get them. Whats the logic behind that? This is a serious, legitimate question. Anyone?
