Technician came out about 12, shines his light at the transformer and leaves. Guess who is freezing with no power and cant get customer service on the phone to find out WTF is going on??? I want to know who I call to chew someones ass over the piss poor service and why they feel its ok to let 6 familes freeze all night with no running water or anything so their tech can go back home and be warm in his bed.
