Our second stop of the day was to meet with the Mayor and First Lady and other Officials from the Municipal Office of Puerto Penasco at La Esperanza Para Nueva Vida A.C. community center in barrio San Rafael to officially kick-off the courses offered to the citizens of barrio San Rafael... Many Thanks to Blanca Estela Soto Ayala and this administration for the time and effort they put into this offering of job skill courses and the opportunities it will provide for the folks of barrio San Rafael who will be attending these courses (y)...
