Our self service stand is now open! Enjoy the fruits or should I say veggies of our labor. We are harvesting from our high tunnel. Current greens available are spinach, leaf lettuce, and a mild spicy mix which includes arugula, red Russian kale and bok choy. We also have eggs. Our chickens are fed locally grown organic grain and now that the snow is gone they are pastured. Hope to see you soon... Spinach is highlighted in the picture. Stock up on those wonderful nutrient dense dark leafy greens!
