Our so called public servants (which are anything but public servants) is more interested in building income and are promoted on the basis of how much revenue a street cop raises. it does not matter if any laws are/were broken the cops will make up charges to file against you. we have all seen the abuse of power by cops in every state in the past few years. all that matters is keeping the income flowing into the coffers. the police are no different than mobsters only they have a licence to kill citizens and rarely ever have to worry about being charged with anything or losing their job.
