Our staff rocks!!! We just got the nicest email today! Good Day Marie, My two girlfriends and I went into your shop on Saturday, June 14th in the morning after a failed attempt at visiting the nearby Costco and what we found was the closed Metro. We were so happy to come across your shop after googling nearby flower stores. We also came from out of town so we werent familiar with the area. Fatima was all by herself and when we asked if we could get a bouquet made that morning she said that the owner would be in later that day (time was of the essence so we didnt have the luxury of coming back). After asking a few questions, she recommended some flowers and suggested a way of putting them all together. Thank goodness she was there to help us! All in all the bouquet looked wonderful and my friend (the bride) was so happy with the arrangement. Fatima also gave us tips on how to keep the flowers perfect! I work in customer service so I know how important it is to keep the customer content. Fatima is a great example of someone who loves their job.
