Our summer faith-based Pilates class was such a huge hit that we’re bringing it back AND adding a Circuit Training class to create Women’s Faith and Fitness! Circuit Training (beginning Monday Sept. 29th) is a fun, whole-body workout that helps you lose weight and build muscle. Exercises are easily adapted to your fitness level as you develop strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Pilates (beginning Thursday, Oct. 2nd) emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness. Wherever you are physically, Pilates is a great option to help you become stronger, longer, leaner, and more confident to move with grace and ease. Choose between Circuit Training, Pilates or both!
