Some say this was a year ago, he was off the clock, but he is trapping and shooting an apex, endangered species (just because theyre off the list doesnt mean theyre not endangered- obviously they are right here) and stopping to have his grinning pic taken while the wolf suffers. This person is deranged and cruel, should be fired from whatever his job is and prosecuted.
