Turn it up to a pace where you are walking but at a quick pace, then hit that incline button.. Start small.. and work up! The higher the incline, the more you will burn! This form of exercise will burn more fat than many other forms of cardiovascular training! How many times should you be doing this a week? We recommend 5 training sessions a week, which last around half an hour each.
