Our website sure was buzzing Thursday night! We are so happy looking at all of the activity for our calendar voting. Please understand, though, that the results that are showing are not final. We had a problem with our server and the voting was not turned off at midnight, as it was supposed to be and voting was allowed until 1 a.m. Fortunately for us, we can track the time stamps for the votes. Unfortunately for some voters and those who submitted photos, all votes cast after midnight will not count and we will be making adjustments based on time stamps. For all those whose votes will not count, you will be receiving a refund on Saturday. Once those adjustments are made and we have allowed time for ballots postmarked by July 31, to arrive, the final results will be announced. As it stands now, the vote numbers are preliminary. Don’t pop that champagne yet…..please check back for the final numbers and a listing of our winners! We are deeply appreciative of everyone who submitted photos and voted and apologize for the problem and any confusion and disappointment it has caused. Thank you for your patience.
