Out of curiousity, What do you all think of the First Cars movie? Not Cars 2 or Planes. Just the very first Cars film from 2006. I honestly love the first Cars. Yes the story weve is cliched, but it is well done. The movie has a nice relaxing and laid back feel to it that the other films (even though I liked them) were missing. The animation is well done as you would expect from Pixar, the writing is sharp and the characters are loveable. Even Larry the Cable Guy at this point was completely tolerable. If the other films were like this, I dont think this franchise would get as much hate as it does. And im not saying that hate is not deserved, I am aware that this franchise is pretty much a cash cow at this point (as well as the name of Pixar itself). But anyways, do you like the first Cars movie? Do you think Pixar and Disney should just give it up with this Franchise? Is Pixar gonna destroy itself by the time they make WALL-3?
