Out of the blue today Susan Tillis took time out of her extremely hectic schedule to check in and see if my missing cat had returned; its been over a week since my cat, the Doctor, went missing and like anything in our modern times, once the fifteen minutes dies out many people forget and move on to other things, but not Susan. At first I wasnt going to say anything about it to anyone because Politics is somewhat involved in our association and Im protective of those that Ive befriended in that world because people who just see Politics can say such hateful things without realizing theyre talking about your friend and their loved ones. But then I thought, to heck with it, because had she been an extremely busy animal lover checking in with another animal lover and politics wasnt involved I wouldnt have thought twice about this post. At the end of the day when I get fired up and defensive about the candidates I support and their families, its never just been about Politics but its about those who care about my life outside of it all and Im so thankful to know such kind people that see a world beyond Elections.
