Outstanding homicide Suspect - Publics Help Wanted Wanted Person; Tomas Andrew Hernandez (25) Hispanic male Victim Identified; Jacob Chavez, 22 years of age On June 29, 2014 at 4:30 a.m., Jacob Chavez was shot and killed inside of his apartment in the 6700 block of West Indian School Road. Investigators have identified a suspect in this homicide and are asking for the publics help in locating him. The suspect has been identified Tomas Andrew Hernandez, a Hispanic male, 25 years of age (26 birthday tomorrow). The suspect is currently outstanding and is considered armed and dangerous. He is known to wear glasses similar to the ones in the photographs. His current appearance is most similar to the photograph without the glasses. The photograph with the glasses is included so the public can be aware of what they look like.
