Over 15+ years of playing the game I love,and as a leader of men and egos Ive learned ALOT. Everything I do and say football wise is for the betterment of my TEAM key word TEAM. I was brought up under coaches who perched a TEAM is only as good as its weakest link whoever or whatever that might be. Decent TEAMS tend to find their weakness an play around it which allows it to be their down fall at the end of their paths; Good TEAMS tend to find their weakness an strengthen it along with its strengths to become a better TEAM; GREAT TEAMS tend to find their weakness an by seasons end its 1 of their many strengths. I vow to make sure my TEAM is a GREAT TEAM top to bottom. Complaining is for women and makes a TEAM weak, Lack of PRACTICE and COMMUNICATION makes a TEAM weak. Lack of DISCIPLINE makes a TEAM weak. Not uplifting the man next to you for whatever reasons makes a TEAM weak. The smalls things start with being ACCOUNTABLE.. (side note this is just a part of my mind no disrespect to no teams) ARE YOU ACCOUNTABLE..!! #WAWG #2015
