Over Half Wat there!!! gofundme/helpwilma Wilma is a sweet and lovable 3 year old american bulldog that was dumped in the Baldwin Park shelter on July 4th with severe mange. She waited patiently, in pain and discomfort in her kennel for someone to save her. There was a committed adopter but they never showed, so Wags and Walks scooped her up and brought her straight to our vet to start treatment to heal her horrible mange. Unfortunately she also caught severe upper respiratory infection in the shelter, so she is in isolation under the care of our vet.
