Over the last few weeks there is a red Honda Prelude with a black trunk that circles between 2nd and 3rd and runs between streets. He accelerates in short and medium bursts to the point his exhaust shakes the windows in our house and its so loud it actually muffles our T.V. He Speeds up, then slows down... Speeds up, slows down. You can hear him clear to Walgreens at 99. They have woken our 3 month old up night after night as well as during the day when she is trying to nap. Does anyone know who this, Im assuming teenager, is? Is anyone else annoyed? Im hoping someone knows who this is and can pass on a simple request. We simply are asking for him to wait till hes out on 99 or 219 to do his thing. Please have some respect for the families in our neighborhood. Thanks for your time.
