Over the last six weeks, Ive used my SC more than Ive ever used it. We love the Beef & Broccoli, Sweet Soy Sesame Beef, we had Chicken Kebabs made with the lamb Kebab recipe, they were delightful, three ingredient Christmas Cakes were a major hit (even went to teachers as gifts). Fudge is ongoing & a huge hit. Last night we had Corned Beef cooked in Apple Cider Vinegar & it was the best ever. I love the throw it all in Spag Bol when Im going to be out all day. The Magic Custard Cake is very popular as are the Pizza Scrolls & SC Risotto. The only thing that hasnt been a hit is the Garlic Bread Quiche, but Quiche in SC is definitely another favourite. Living in WA & not having to turn the stove or oven on in the heat & still cooking good meals is just wonderful. Now, I just need a smaller one than my Breville Sear so I can do cakes, fudges & other deserts without a cake tin. Love my SC đź’—
