Over the past 2 days I have been battling non-English speaking Expedia booking agents who have yet to get my email and last name spelled correctly. When I check into my hotel at Niagara Falls I am praying the incorrect spelling of Bauer will not affect my reservation because Expedia refuses to understand how to spell my name. Even using alpha, beta, delta system doesnt work! We are talking 5 letters! On the bright side, I finally found an organization as inept as the government agencies I have to deal with!
