Over the past 5 years my work has grown immensely and I have always struggled with balancing activism/journalism with feeding my spiritual self so I do not crash. This fire burns deep and bright within me, so much so that I occasionally become consumed. However, as I already know, I cannot feed only my mind and my physical body, I must feed and love my spiritual self. So I am recording a podcast and then I am taking the next week off from facebook, and most of the internet. I will not be writing for The Liberty Beat but they will be creating awesome content!
