Over the past couple of years I can say Ive read a number of books that have made a very profound impact on the way I think. Started reading Derek Floods Disarming Scripture tonight (and while only 1/3rd of the way through) I can tell this is going to be another one of those books. I strongly encourage those of you who have chatted with me on issues of violence in Scripture to give this a look (Isaac, James, Macio, Rodrigo, Mike among others).
