Over the past few years, my life has changed tremendously. I have experienced many ups and downs and learned from all of the changes I made both personally and professionally. Through it all I have felt this sensation of being cocooned within my own existence and it has not been easy, but it has been transformative. I recently decided I needed to make a change in a big way, so I made it!As I mentioned earlier this week, finding that new normal can be scary as hell but it needs to happen in order to live from your heart and truly create an intentional presence in this world. I have discovered all roads I had taken and choices I made have lead me to this moment and I feel proud, experienced, confident and accomplished. Essentially Im starting to feel like I can finally spread my wings and begin to live my life from new heights. So, if you feel stuck, remind yourself that youre just experiencing a personal metamorphosis... its just a temporary cocoon. Give yourself time, think about where you want to start new beginnings, go after your goals and dreams and if youre really lucky, youll get the opportunity to transform into the person youre meant to be and start to soar like a butterfly.
