Over the weekend Wyatt limped a couple times. Then he couldnt bear weight on his legs. He did get down and crawl a couple of times Saturday. Its miserable to watch. Sunday was an awful day filled with belly pain. I changed our course of treatment for Monday via email Sunday night with his oncologist. Hes now getting radiation to his hips and the two bony spots on his spine this week. Im still searching for the right chemo. I spoke to my friend - his oncologist in NYC. Im looking at our funds and may take him back there. They dont take our insurance. It would a be clinical trial but we would be responsible for office visits, scans and other things not offered under the trial. Also the cost of flights, food, taxi... Its crazy. I would do anything for him but Im grasping. Im calling their financial guy tomorrow to see what I can pull off. Im hoping the radiation will kill some of the cancer so his leg doesnt break like it did when he was initially diagnosed at 18 months. His biggest pains right now is his gut is full of poop. From all the pain meds. He cries and says my belly. I cant stand it. So tomorrow while under sedation we may put a tube in his nose down to his stomach and pump in go lightly /- the stuff the give people to blow them out before a colonoscopy.. Im still praying. Please continue with me.
