We have forgotten how to breathe. We all take shallow, low breaths which makes us feel weak. We need to take deep breaths and when we breathe deeply we instantly get connected with positive, nurturing energies. Breathing is inhaling and exhaling. What is inhaling and exhaling it is an exchange of energies. Universe works on the cycle of giving and receiving. So we too need to balance our lives. When we give too much and receive too less or vice versa we are imbalanced. We need to balance it by receiving gracefully and with love. And when we give we need to give it with love and compassion. 3rd Message is… When we work for our life purpose we feel we need to serve but how will we be able to manage our own lives. Once we decide to serve with joy and love we will find that universe takes care of all our needs or sends help in such a way that we don’t have to worry about our lives and we can work with joy to serve people. Serving people with our resources, god given talents, skills and knowledge is fulfilling our life purpose. So we need to keep doing what we love to do with good intentions and love. 4th Message is … Another strong message today is to know the truth in our heart then we will be able to resolve the situation that is bothering us. When we look into our heart we know the truth but we also need to act upon that truth and implement in our life. Life lived with honesty and authenticity always brings divine rewards and blessings. 5th Message is… When we live life with truth, honesty, love, compassion and good intentions we are in harmony with divine energies. This helps us manifest our dreams and desires even before we realize. So we need to be very careful of what we think, feel and desire as we may never know which moment of our life will manifest. Today keep reminding ourselves to have only positive thoughts and feelings.
