The Binger is usually a sufferer of depression. A Binger becomes dependent on foods that make them feel comfortable, and in order to remain comfortable, a favorite food or meal is used to cover-up the depression or other behavioral emotional disturbance. One solution to fix this this problem is for the binger to drink one to two glasses of lemon water before each meal. Filling the gut with lemon water will help to make them feel full and somewhat satisfied when eating a regular meal portion. Seek help to Relieve Stress If the Binger is stressed, they should find alternative methods in managing the stress. Stress can lead to bouts of depression. Meditation, cardio and muscle toning exercising, and practicing simple deep breathing techniques can help manage stress in the short-term. In addition, eating foods that are naturally and wholesomely rich in vitamins and minerals can help relieve most stresses that people encounter in their lives. With major problems of stress eliminated, you have a better change of not binging. Take a Walk Another way to reduce stress and increase physical endurance of the mind is to exercise. Take a walk in the park for an hour. Go jogging, cycling, swimming, or do them all. These activities promote increased oxygen and stretching of the muscles, and promote wellness overall. But just as good an exercise is tending to chores in the home that are slightly laborious. Whichever exercise you chose to do, stay active, drinking plenty of lemon water throughout the day to prevent binging. But the number one strategy to stop food binging is to remove all tempting foods from your home. Clear your favorite food delights from your refrigerator and cupboards before going on any diet. These include foods such as dairy, high fat, high calorie, fried foods, and poor food combining of protein along with starches. Have you tried juice snacking instead of junk food or fattening food snacking? Juicing not only provides you with energy, your cells will receive vital nutrients that will help assist in the healing of your body. (The human body regenerates daily, but slowly). In our modern times, we have become so sedentary and structural in our daily routines, we have almost become like sitting robots. We have become mindless in our behavior when desiring pleasure and comfort.
